You be of legal age to drive and produce a valid UK /Northern Ireland Provisional Cat B driving license
You must notify your instructor of any medical diagnosed condition and any changes to your ability or entitlement to have driving lessons, and if your provisional has been revoked.
No responsibility can be taken for driving tests cancelled by the DVSA. Lessons before test must be paid for but can be claimed back from the DVSA. If your test is not allowed to proceed due to the condition of the vehicle, then LP Driving will issue you a full refund of your driving test.
Should you fail to reach a satisfactory standard of driving, your instructor has the right to withhold the use of the vehicle for your driving test.
Your instructor will arrive at your arranged pick up address, and will wait 10 minutes, if no contact has been made, then your instructor will leave and your lesson will be marked as a No Show, and you will receive the appropriate text message or email.
Please note that LP Driving will endeavour to pick up at your requested address, but your instructor must be given at least 12 hours notice of this. It is down to each instructor discreation to decide the appropriate action in each case.
You must meet the minimum eye test requirements, which is a min distance o 20.5 mts, with or without the aid of glasses/contact lenses
You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during any training. Your instructor will withhold the use of the vehicle until you are in a legal and fit state to drive. Any prescribed medication that may effect your driving should be declared to your instructor and to the DVSA Medical Board
We require 48 hours noticed of your wish to cancel a lesson, you will receive a text message reminder of your lesson 48 hours before your lesson. Any lesson cancelled within the 48 hour period will be charged at full price. Cancellations must be acknowledged by the School
